We offer a 14 day return policy on most orders. Shipping & Handling charges are not covered by our return policy and will not be refunded.
Each Giclée is a custom orders, order cancellations and returns are not available. Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive.
When you receive your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for items missing or damaged during shipment MUST be reported to The Photography Bar within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the item.
